This time, The Fiesta 13 read over 100 newly introduced bills in The House of Rep. & highlights 17 bills. While there’s little hope the dem bills will pass, the repug bills focus more on Our New Beloved Police State. It ain’t coming, it’s here.
Very late this week, the news is insane. Even as a lifetime full-bred News Junkie, able to consume tragedy and information like broadcaster drinks liquor, this week was all eyeball glue distracting from comprehension & creation.
Alright Then…
H.R.4298
To amend section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act with respect to identification requirements for officers and agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
“Law enforcement agents across many of our federal agencies are required to display their badge and badge number while on duty. It keeps our communities and our agents safe,” said Congresswoman Meng. “ICE agents on duty should be required to visibly identify themselves and their agency as well. This legislation would ensure a level of transparency between the public and our federal law enforcement.”
The fourth or fifth bill calling for ICEd to identify themselves. They don’t pass & once a week, The News Machine will highlight one of them as a tag on yet another authoritarian ICEd raid story. Then, forget until next week.
H.R.4301
To secure a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict by requiring the Secretary of the Treasury to prohibit, or impose strict conditions on, the opening or maintaining in the United States of a correspondent account or a payable-through account by certain foreign financial institutions, and for other purposes.
“We can’t allow foreign institutions to bankroll Putin’s brutal war of aggression in Ukraine. Russian forces have killed thousands of innocent civilians and continue to attack critical energy infrastructure, including strikes this weekend that left hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians without power,” said Rep. Gottheimer.“ We need to hit Putin back where it hurts. That’s why I’m proud to introduce this bipartisan legislation with Congressman Nunn to cut off the financial lifelines propping up Putin’s unprovoked and vicious aggression. We must stop his dictatorial march across Ukraine.”
The bill equips the Treasury Department with expanded authority to block U.S. access for any foreign bank that knowingly does business with sanctioned Russian actors or operates in the Kremlin’s energy sector. It includes:
Mandatory Sanctions: Prohibits U.S. bank access for foreign institutions that fund sanctioned Russian entities or the energy sector.
Presidential Waiver with Oversight: Allows temporary national interest waivers by the president with mandatory Congressional reporting.
Sunset Clause: Includes language to sunset the expanded sanctions authority five years after enactment or 30 days after Russia ceases destabilizing Ukraine.
The other Our Beloved Leader Vlady Put may allow one sanction for appearance, but every new resolution adds time to Vlady’s genocide. That’s the plan, the appearance of action to stall for time. Russia. Israel. Tariffs. Epstein. Our Beloved Leader has one move, kick the can further down the road. That’s what The Decider does.
H.R.4303
To establish a Special Envoy for Humanitarian Aid Workers, and for other purposes.
“Humanitarian aid workers put their lives on the line to deliver food, water, medicine, and shelter to civilians caught in the crossfire of conflict. Their work is guided by a basic principle: that even in war, human dignity must be preserved,” Pingree said. “Tragically, we are seeing aid workers targeted like never before. So far this year, 192 have been killed—and last year was the deadliest on record, with over 370 killed across the globe. These are attacks on the very foundation of humanitarian law. The United States cannot stand by while those delivering life-saving assistance are treated as collateral damage. The Commitment to Aid Workers Act ensures accountability, advocacy, and limits U.S. military assistance to countries found to be targeting aid workers deliberately. We must support those who serve on the frontlines of humanitarian crises.”
Well, one way to keep humanitarian aid workers safe is just not to have them. Fire ‘em all. Thanks, DOdGE.
Still, some misdirection in the PR. Ask Israel about 192 humanitarian aid workers killed. Cause they did most of it. Are we limiting aid to Israel? This week, only six house members voted to cut weapons to Israel. Six.
Also, this week, Israel killed an American. Did you hear about it? One site asked 15 congressbots about it. Only one answered. Every other one had no idea of an American death.
H.R.4304
Fair Accounting for Income Realized from Betting Earnings Taxation Act
“The recently passed budget bill included a provision inserted by Senate Republicans without consent of the House that imposed a tax increase on Americans who gamble by reducing from 100 percent to 90 percent the amount of losses they can deduct from gambling winnings for their income taxes,” Congresswoman Titus said. “My FAIR BET Act would rightfully restore the full deduction for losses so gamblers don’t pay taxes on money they haven’t won.”
The recently passed The Act (formerly The BBB) creates a problem where you can lose money & have to pay taxes on money you didn’t get.
While the repugs only solutions are Less Taxes, More Cops, the taxes they do raise are regressive vice taxes (gambling, drugs, etc). ‘Cause poor peeps don’t count.
However, if you have the vice of private jet ownership, taxes cut!
H.R.4305
DUMP Red Tape Act
“Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, but they often lack the time and resources to navigate complex regulatory frameworks,”said Congressman Wied. “As a former small business owner, I know firsthand how burdensome regulations can make it harder for businesses to operate and turn a profit. This bill addresses this issue by giving small businesses owners a direct line to make their voices heard, report the unnecessary regulations, and ensure those complaints are documented and reviewed so Congress can take action.”
Background: During the last four years, the United States saw an unprecedented surge in federal regulations instituted under the Biden Administration.
Number Go Up. That’s all capitalism wants. Number Must Go Up. Then, after that, The Number Goes Up. Then again and so on and forever.
Regulations keep Number From Going Up.
That’s not true. Number Does Go Up. If that number is dead people.
H.R.4310
To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.
This bipartisan bill creates new criminal provisions regarding the killing of, or attempting, or conspiring to kill federal law enforcement officers, U.S. judges, and federally funded public safety officers. This includes firefighters, chaplains, and members of a rescue squad or ambulance crew. It carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years if a death occurs, and the offender would be subject to the death penalty. Otherwise, the offender would face a minimum sentence of 10 years.
In addition, the legislation creates a new federal crime with escalating penalties, including mandatory minimums for assaulting a federally funded law enforcement officer, based on the extent of any injury and the use of a dangerous weapon. An offender who attempted to flee from justice to avoid prosecution would be subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years.
Finally, it creates a specific aggravating factor for federal death penalty prosecutions; expands self-defense and Second Amendment rights for law enforcement officers; and opens grant funding to strengthen relationships between police and communities.
Read the highlighted stuff again. ICEd?
Hello, Police State.
H.R.4314
To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to require that supplemental Nutrition assistance program (SNAP) benefits be used for the purchase of food products grown, produced, and manufactured in the United States.
No Press Release. Must not be important.
A good idea, but let’s follow the idea out. SNAPd is already being cut. If additional regulations are added without a transitional period, getting the approved American SNAPd food is harder and take resources and time, thus less people using SNAP’d.
H.R.4324
To end the practice of including more than one subject in a single bill by requiring that each bill enacted by Congress be limited to only one subject, and for other purposes.
No Press Release. Must not be important.
Back in 1984, voting for the first time, we wondered why every bill the congress voted on was some weird soup of hundreds of laws & policies. Why?
Why not 1 Issue—1 Vote?
Technology, if gub’ment-run, could be used to have congress vote on one issue at time. If gub’ment protected the process, current technology could allow more voting from regular people.
But technology is private, so won’t happen & is already corrupted by backdoor security.
Plus, congressbots spend 10 hours a day fundraising & don’t have time to vote.
H.R.4327
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to eliminate the dollar limitations on the exclusion of gain from sales of principal residences, and for other purposes.
Currently, the IRS allows an exclusion of up to $250,000 ($500,000 for joint filers) in capital gains from home sales, but those limits haven’t been updated since 1997. As home prices have risen, more middle-class homeowners are being hit with capital gains taxes that were originally intended for wealthy investors.
Congresswoman Greene’s bill would:
Eliminate the federal capital gains tax on home sales
Encourage mobility by removing a key disincentive to selling, helping to increase housing supply
Deliver tax relief to homeowners looking to downsize or relocate without being penalized for appreciation
Protect first-time buyers by improving inventory and lowering prices in the most constrained housing markets
Oh, Madge. Is there a repug AI that writes these capital gains bills?
H.R.4334
To amend title 18, United States Code, relating to sentencing of armed career criminals.
The Restoring the Armed Career Criminal Act of 2025 would:
Establish a new, clear definition of a “serious violent felony”
Empower prosecutors to hold habitual violent offenders accountable when they’re caught with a firearm
The Armed Career Criminal Act would still apply only in a case where a felon who possesses a firearm --in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) --has previously been convicted three times of serious felonies, which must have been committed on different occasions.
4335 H.R.
To provide authority to enhance security assistance with countries that are engaged in regional security cooperation efforts in the Middle East and North Africa, and for other purposes.
“The Abraham Accords Defense Against Terror Act strengthens Israel’s qualitative military edge and ensures that our allies have the tools they need to confront shared threats head-on,” said Congressman Davis. “Congress must send a clear message to Iran and its proxies: America stands firmly with Israel and with those who choose peace and stability over terror. Israel’s security is non-negotiable and the United States will never waver in defending our closest ally in the Middle East.”
The Abraham Accords are part of Israel’s plan to conquer the Mid East.
This week, Israel bombed four different countries, the Catholic church Pope Francis would call nightly & continues to gun down roughly 100 Palestinians a day as they wait for humanitarian aid. The sniper’s new game, each new day is a new body part. On Monday, shoot the genitals. On Tuesday, shoot the leg on children. And so on.
The most moral country in the world will drag us to hell.
H.R.4337
To prohibit the use of physical force by executive branch personnel against Members of Congress conducting oversight in their official capacity, and for other purposes.
“It is not only our right but our constitutional duty as Members of Congress to conduct oversight of the executive branch—whether that’s a federal prison, an ICE facility, or any agency receiving public funds,” said Rep. Lee. “When Members are met with force, arrests, or retaliation for fulfilling that responsibility, it represents a dangerous abuse of power and a direct threat to our democratic institutions. These attempts to silence us, to make examples out of Members like Rep. LaMonica McIver, are meant to intimidate and suppress dissent, especially from younger, Black, and outspoken voices. But we will not normalize executive overreach, we will not stay silent in the face of injustice, and we will fight back every time, because our democracy depends on it.”
The Congressional Oversight Access Act makes it illegal for executive branch officials to use force or obstruct a Member of Congress acting in their official oversight capacity. The bill explicitly defines protected oversight activities to include reviewing, monitoring, supervising, investigating, or visiting federal programs, facilities, or agencies to ensure compliance with laws, court orders, and the proper administration of federal policies.
Also, this week, many dems were turned away from Alligator Auschwitz. Made to submit requests for visit a week in advance, then still turned away or briefly detained.
No oversight in a police state, dummy.
H.R.4342
To amend the 21st Century Cures Act to improve the administration, oversight, and impact of opioid use disorder grants, and for other purposes.
The lack of oversight on who receives taxpayer dollars, and how they’re used to respond to the opioid crisis, opens the door to waste, fraud, and abuse,” said Congressman McDowell. “Through the CURE Act, we’ll make sure these funds are actually reaching those on the front lines of the fentanyl and opioid epidemics, helping those they’re intended to.”
What the CURE Act Does:
Amends the 21st Century Cures Act to require reporting by grant subrecipients.
Directs HHS to create a standardized reporting system for opioid use disorder grant data.
Requires states to report:
How all funds were spent
Who received the funds
How many individuals were served
Mandates regular reports to Congress to improve program oversight and restore public trust.
Grant sub-recipients. That’s the people who are addicted to opioids. This bill creates a database of users which can easily be weaponized.
H.R.4349
To revise the duties of the Office of Refugee resettlement with respect to unaccompanied alien children, and for other purposes.
No Press Release. Must Be Important.
Former Boot-Licker of The Week, Greggy Stuebs coming on strong with Police State policies.
We’ve been hearing stories about street vendors being abducted by ICEd with their kids left to run the cart. Is there a more draconian name than The Office of Refugee Resettlement?
Are we setting up Kiddie Koncentration Kamps? Kiddie midnight flights to South Sudan gulags?
H.R.4352
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny interest and depreciation deductions for taxpayers owning 50 or more single family properties.
Today, U.S. Representatives Emilia Sykes (OH-13) and Summer Lee (PA-12) introduced the Houses Over Middle-Class Exploitation Schemes (HOMES) Act to restrict tax breaks for big corporate investors that buy up homes, often driving up local housing prices and rents. This legislation would prohibit an investor who acquires 50 or more single-family rental homes from deducting interest or depreciation on those properties. The bill restricts tax breaks for private equity and large investors that currently give them an advantage in the market for affordable single-family homes and helps make homeownership a reality for more families across the country.
“With home prices continuing to soar, many Ohioans are struggling to afford homeownership and some are being priced out of the neighborhoods they’ve lived in all of their lives. It’s unfair for homeowners to have to compete with deep-pocketed investors who are adding to their real estate portfolios, meanwhile they drive up rents and reduce the housing supply while receiving generous tax breaks,” said Rep. Sykes.
The Fiesta 13 loves any bill that attacks private equities control over essential markets. Especially housing & rental properties.
Hey, dems—-restart the motherfucking The Rent is Too Damn Party.
Dem bill. So, fantasy.
H.R.4355
To require the Director of the Bureau of Prisons to be appointed by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
The Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is the largest agency within the Justice Department with approximately 39,000 budgeted positions, an annual budget of nearly $8 billion, and more than 155,000 inmates. Yet, it is the only Justice Department agency whose director is appointed by the Attorney General, is not subject to confirmation by the U.S. Senate, and does not have a term limit.
This bill will modify the appointment procedure for the Director of BOP by requiring a Presidential appointment and Senate confirmation. The bill will also limit the director to a single term of 10 years.
"The Federal Bureau of Prisons plays a vital role in keeping our communities safe," Rep. Thompson said. "It's essential that the director is both highly qualified and accountable, and that the process for selecting that leadership is transparent. The Federal Prisons Accountability Act will ensure responsible, effective oversight."
Every Police State needs a Prison Czar. The future of the economy is The Punitive Carceral State. Ka-ching. Mo’ prisoners, mo’ money. Number Go Up.
H.R.4358
To prohibit States from carrying out more than one Congressional redistricting after a decennial census and apportionment.
Today, Congressman Marc Veasey (TX-33) introduced the Anti-Rigging Act of 2025, joined by nine of his fellow Texas Democrats. The bill seeks to end the anti-democratic practice of mid-decade redistricting unless mandated by a court order—ensuring fairer, more transparent elections for all Americans:
“This move by Governor Abbott does Trump’s bidding, not for any legitimate constitutional purpose as they claim, but to attempt to win an election before the first ballot has been cast. Hiding it under flood relief from the victims to use them as political cover to rig an election is disgusting. Abbott and his overlord Trump are not the leaders Texans deserve or need,” Congressman Veasey, Co-chair of the Voting Rights Caucus said. “It is cynical, racist, and with clear political intent. This bill would ensure it could never happen again. They can’t win on policies because they’ve stripped millions of health care, so they are resorting to their classic playbook: cheating.”
Our Beloved Leader straight-up said he’s redistricting Texas to pick up five repug seats. In a non-census year. And there’s plans to redistrict other states to gain repug seats. This is not a fair redistricting as you can take the same populations and selective carve up the districts to cram all of one party into a district allowing the other party to be the majority in the surrounding districts. Fundamentally anti-democratic.
This bill will stop the anti-democracy practice of freestyle gerrymandering.
Bets on if it’ll even get out of committee?
That’s This Time on I’m Just a Bill…
As BiPolar, we can say America is on a full-on manic episode.
So, breathe. Take breaks. Refocus. Pet soft agreeable mammals.

Most of the sex creep allegations, the what 40 or so, are public encounters so tamer.
